Corrections to this site

There's no contact form here on purpose: email is the one route, and it reaches Lerk Studios, the company that writes this site and runs Lerk AI.

Spotted something wrong or out of date? Email support@lerk.ai with the subject “lerkaireviews correction”, the page's address and what needs fixing. We correct the page itself and update its date. How we write explains how pages are checked.

Help with your Lerk AI account or billing

The support assistant inside Lerk AI can explain product and billing steps straight away, but it doesn't open a case with a person, approve a refund or cancel a plan for you. For those, email support@lerk.ai with your account email, the date and amount of any charge, and what happened. Refund requests should ideally arrive within 14 days of the charge; the Refund Policy has the rules. Never email a full card number or your password.

For privacy requests, such as a copy of your data or deleting your account, use the subject “Privacy Request”.

Reporting content

To report a companion, a message or an image, email support@lerk.ai with the date, the companion or conversation, and a short description, without attaching anything harmful. Lerk AI aims to review and resolve complaints within five business days, as the Complaints and Takedown Policy explains.

Two kinds of request have their own process. If you think something on Lerk AI uses your copyrighted work, the DMCA Policy explains how to send a notice. If you think an AI-generated image resembles you or someone you know, the Content Removal Policy explains how to ask for it to be removed. Both go to the same address.

AI companion or wellbeing concerns

If a companion felt manipulative, an AI disclosure seemed wrong, or you felt pressured to buy, write to support@lerk.ai with the subject “AI Companion or Wellbeing Concern”. This inbox isn't for emergencies: if anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Lerk AI's safety page lists support resources by region.
