Yes. Lerk AI is for adults 18 and over, or older where local law requires it, and every companion is an adult character. The age rules explain how this is applied.

No. Creating an account, browsing and chatting within the free message limit need no payment details. A card, or crypto where it's offered, only comes in when you choose a plan. What a free account includes.

Yes. Lerk AI runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, so you sign in on any device and your conversations are there, with nothing to install.

Open Explore and filter by gender, style and age, then tap a companion to read their profile before starting a chat. Save the ones you like to Favorites, and the feed leans toward your type the more companions you open.

No. You pick Texting or Roleplay when a conversation starts, and it stays that way for that chat; to try the other, start a new one. The mood, Flirty or Spicy, is different: you can change it at any point. How chat modes work.

Before your first message you can pick a scene to start from, from a library that fits the chat mode, or shuffle for another. It's optional: you can skip it and just say hello. Opening scenarios, explained.

As you keep talking, a conversation moves through stages, from getting to know each other to getting closer to very close. A stage never goes backwards, and it carries over if you restart the chat. Memory and relationship stages.

Yes. A single message can be up to 2,000 characters, which is plenty for a long reply or a detailed scene. Free accounts also have a limited number of messages every 24 hours; VIP and Lerker are unlimited. What a free account includes.

The creator goes through six steps: style (photoreal or anime, woman or man), appearance, hair, body, personality (name, age, temperament, occupation, how you know each other and interests) and a final summary. No. Lerk AI doesn't accept photo uploads, and every companion is a fictional adult who isn't based on anyone who exists. You describe the look you want in the creator's steps instead. Why Lerk AI works this way.

In My Creations, which only you can see. Characters you create are private to your account, and you can delete them whenever you like.

Yes. In the studio you can animate a photo you've saved, or a new one, into a short clip with generated sound, in HD or Full HD. A clip takes a few minutes to render, and you'll see the star price before you start.

Portrait, square or landscape. You start from presets for the pose, outfit and scene, or write your own prompt, and you can also start from a photo you've saved and change it. The studio, step by step.

Stars are Lerk AI's credits. They pay for photos, videos, photos in chat, creating characters and bundles; you get some as a welcome gift, VIP and Lerker add an allowance every month, and subscribers can buy more in star packs. Stars, explained.

No. Star packs are only available to VIP and Lerker subscribers. On a free account, your stars come from the one-time welcome gift you get after verifying your email. See the plans.

Bundles are curated sets of photos and videos of a companion, bought with stars. Subscribers get a discount on every bundle: 20% off on VIP and 40% off on Lerker. Compare the plans.

Stars you bought in star packs stay in your account, because purchased stars don't expire. The plan's monthly allowance runs to the end of the period you've paid for and ends with the subscription. How the allowance works.

By card, through a secure payment processor; the charge shows on your statement as “Lerk Studios”. Crypto is accepted for star packs and for the yearly VIP and Lerker plans. Paying by card or crypto.

Purchases are generally final, but Lerk AI considers refunds case by case for things like a duplicate or incorrect charge, or a payment you didn't authorise. Email support@lerk.ai, preferably within 14 days of the charge. Refunds, explained.

Not routinely. Messages and media go through automated safety checks, and a person generally looks only at content that has been flagged, reported or disputed, or where it's technically necessary. Who can see your chats.

Lerk AI doesn't sell your conversations or use them to target ads, and your chats, characters and media are never published. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

No. Every companion is an AI character, and you are not talking to a human being when you chat on Lerk AI. Every photo and video is AI-generated too. What an AI companion is.

Use the Language option in the More menu. Lerk AI is available in English, Spanish, French, German and Japanese.

Yes. Set a nickname on your profile, up to 40 characters, and companions use it instead of your username. Clear it and they go back to your username.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the log-in screen, enter your email and use the reset link Lerk AI sends you. If you signed up with Google or Apple, just sign in that way again.

No. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan to the end of the paid period, but your account and chats stay. To delete the account itself, email support@lerk.ai with the subject “Privacy Request”. Deleting your data.
