The simplest way to get a photo is to ask. In any conversation, ask your companion for a photo or tap the photo button. Before you send, Lerk AI shows you what it will cost in stars, so there is no guessing. The photo then arrives in the chat once it's ready, after a short wait while it is made.

Photos are always optional. If you would rather not spend stars, simply keep chatting: a conversation never depends on them.

Locked photos

Now and then a companion sends you a surprise photo of their own. It arrives as a locked card with a blurred preview, and looking at the preview is free. If you want to see it properly, unlocking it costs 60 stars, and the price is on the card before you tap. Once unlocked, the photo is yours to keep.

Nothing is unlocked without you choosing to, so a locked card never costs anything on its own.

The studio: presets, prompts and edits

For more control, Lerk AI has a studio for making photos and videos of companions. It gives you three ways in:

• Presets. Choose a pose, an outfit and a scene, and the studio puts them together. It is the quickest way to a good result if you don't want to write anything.
• Your own prompt. Describe the photo you want in your own words.
• Edits. Start from a photo you've already saved and change what you like about it.

Each photo can be portrait, square or landscape, depending on where you want to use it, and photos are made in Full HD (1080p). Prompts and results are checked for safety automatically, as everything on Lerk AI is.

Videos

Videos start from a photo: one you've saved, or a new one. The studio animates it into a short clip with generated sound. You choose:

• Quality: HD (720p) or Full HD (1080p).
• Length: anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds, in whole seconds.

A clip takes a few minutes to render, so it is not instant. Longer and higher-quality clips cost more stars, as the table below shows.

What it costs

Photos and videos are paid for with stars, Lerk AI's credits. You get a one-time gift of welcome stars for verifying your email, the VIP and Lerker plans add a monthly allowance, and subscribers can buy star packs. These are the current costs, read live from Lerk AI on the date shown:

When a generation fails

Sometimes a photo or video doesn't come out, either because something went wrong or because a safety check blocked it. Either way, its stars come back to you automatically. You don't need to ask or file anything, and you are never charged for a result you didn't get.

Your gallery is private

Your gallery is private to you. Photos and videos you make are never published, and you can delete them whenever you like. The same goes for your chats and the characters you create. More on how Lerk AI handles your data is in is Lerk AI safe and private?

Bundles

Bundles are curated sets of photos and videos of a companion, bought with stars. They are a way to see more of a companion you like without making each photo yourself. On the paid plans they are discounted: 20% off on VIP and 40% off on Lerker.

What it won't make

Every image and video on Lerk AI is generated by AI, and every companion is a fictional adult. Lerk AI doesn't accept photo uploads, so you can't make photos of yourself or of anyone who exists, and nothing involving minors or actual people is ever allowed. Requests that break the rules are blocked, and as above, a blocked generation returns its stars.
